The event, held online via Zoom on Thursday, 26 March 2026 at 20:00, featured our alumni SLT Eda Çelebi, SLT Elif Kurt, SLT Hamide Sakarya, and SLT Emine Zeybek as speakers.
The event was moderated by Research Assistant Özge Şahvelioğlu.
Following the self-introductions of our guests, they shared their views on various topics related to being a speech and language therapist in a hospital setting, including appointment processes, preference periods, key considerations when working in hospitals, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of hospital-based practice.
After the speakers’ presentations, a question-and-answer session was held. The event concluded with expressions of appreciation to the speakers following the answering of students’ questions.
