Occupational therapy; It is the science of managing an individual's participation in selected activities to restore, strengthen and increase performance, facilitate the learning of skills and functions necessary for adaptation and productivity, reduce or correct pathology, and promote and maintain wellness The main purpose of occupational therapy is to enable people to participate in daily life activities. Occupational therapists carry out studies on arranging the activity or the environment in a way that can better ensure the participation of people by improving their skills to perform the activities that people and communities want, need and are expected of them. Persons who graduate from the occupational therapy department can be employed in public institutions such as homes, schools, workplaces, factories, health centers, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, hospitals and judicial institutions, as well as private or voluntary organizations with the title of "Occupational Therapist".
